I have an 8 year old for my son. ordered a suit with a vest and bow tie in beige. Shipping was really quick and it arrived beautifully and lovingly packaged. The quality was just as great. I can't complain about that. However, it had a slight rose color and I didn't like that because it looked darker in the picture and since this suit is for my wedding and my husband and son want to look the same, this type of beige unfortunately didn't fit. But she was so understanding and even though she doesn't accept returns, etc., she accommodated me out of goodwill and I got 50% back. Of course not everything but you also have to remember that it's all handmade and you also have to bear costs and you won't get it back because it's not mass production but according to order. That's why it's great!

Ich habe für meinen Sohn 8J. einen Anzug mit Weste und Fliege in Beige bestellt. Der Versand verlief wirklich schnell und es kam so toll und liebevoll verpackt an. Genau so die Qualität war mega kann mich da nicht beklagen. Allerdings hatte es einen leichten Rosè tuch und das hatt mir nicht gefallen da es auf dem Bild dunkler aussah und da dieser Anzug für meine Hochzeit ist und mein Mann und mein Sohn gleich aussehen möchten hat diese Art von Beige leider nicht gepasst. Aber sie war so Verständnis voll und obwohl sie keine Rücknahme usw akzeptiert, kam sie mir aus kulanz entgegen und ich bekam 50% wieder zurück. Klar nicht alles aber man muss auch bedenken das ist alles Handarbeit und auch sie haben Kosten zu tragen und bekommen es ja nicht zurück da es ja keine Massenabfertigung ist sondern nach Bestellung. Deswegen Top!
